Our plan is to establish a national and global network of pastors, missionaries and laymen. In America, our vision is to be the connecting point for the various Independent groups as well as conservative Southern Baptists.

We believe the basis for fellowship is doctrine and that other matters are either local church or matters of individual conscience or preference. This is a movement with genuine liberty.

Participation in the iBaptist Network in no way requires one to leave their current fellowship, association or convention. Our international vision is to promote and encourage autonomous, indigenous, national Baptist movements around the world. Rapid progress has been made already in the Philippines and Eastern Europe.

Our relationship to these other national movement is that of a partner—not a parent.
